The Wallonia Heritage Agency seeks sponsorship for a large number of projects, but this is not its only fundraising activity.
In many cases, it is also looking to find investors and project developers to invest in listed monuments which could be brought back into use. It helps public and private owners to find investors, is represented every year at the MIPIM international real estate event in Cannes (France) and has a presence on the internet (www.awap.be).
The Agency offers you the services of a team who can put you in touch with owners and show you listed properties which may be of interest to you.
